Mr. Robinson opened his 1st location in 2020.

His vision is to create a company culture where MDC's people feel empowered, valued and appreciated to be their very best - a leadership style that has generate predictable, sustainable growth as an efficient growth company. He has also built strong, collaborative partnership with the daycares community and help attract new daycares to join the MDC's family to build an even stronger MDC's brand.

As the Founder/CEO of MDC and its academies i am dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow i prioritize the well-being and development of both our young charges and our staff, ensuring that every child receives the attention and care they need, my leadership is characterized by compassion, patience, and a strong commitment to early childhood education. I foster a position a positive and inclusive environment where children can thrive, and parents feel confident in the quality of care their little ones are receiving. My creativity and dedication to constant improvement make me a successful CEO in the daycare industry. 

Mr. Robinson is the father of 5-year-old Jaliyah Robinson and 1-year old Ava Robinson.

EDUCATION:

Mr. Robinson received his bachelor's degree in business administration from The University of Alabama, he also received his nursing degree from the same institution.

Mr. Robinson has a master's degree in early childhood education, and a master's degree in educational leadership. 

Mr. Robinson has a master's degree in psychology, and he is currently enrolled in college at Oakland University pursuing

his doctorate degree.
